Activating Surf

Activate your Surf Agent for 24/7, non-stop yield optimisation

1. Connect Your Wallet: Go to the SurfLiquid app and click “Connect Wallet.” Pick your preferred wallet and approve the connection. (We’ll never ask for your private keys or seed phrase.)

2. Create Your Smart Account: On first use, SurfLiquid automatically sets up a secure smart contract wallet for you. This on-chain account holds your funds and runs strategy transactions, fully under your control. You’ll sign a one-time setup transaction to deploy and authorise the agent, but your keys stay private.

3. Set Agent Parameters: Choose your preferred strategy and set your risk preferences, pick one and adjust the initial deposit as needed.

4. Make Your Initial Deposit: Deposit USDC (with more assets coming soon). If your funds are on a different chain, Surf can handle the transfer and bridging for you. All assets go into your smart account. Support for more assets is coming soon, allowing users to enter using any asset, and the agent will convert it to the right asset.

5. Activate the Agent: Click “Activate Agent” and approve the transaction. Surf will now manage your funds automatically based on your chosen settings, using a session key for secure, autonomous actions. Your dashboard will update with your active position.
